Worm Drive Limit Switch

Weight Operated Limit Switches are used on control / power circuit of reversing drives so as to limit their rotation / movement within a predetermined position. Operation:
When the snatch block of the crane reaches its top position the snatch block pushes a plate which is hanging from one end of the lever of the limit switch. Due to the weight placed on the other end of the lever this lever is pushed up. When the lever is pushed up the shaft to which this lever is connected rotates there by rotating the cams which eventually open the contacts and disconnect the motor. The electronic limit switch contacts are automatically reset when the lever returns to zero position due to gravitational force

Master Controller

Master Controller is housed in an enclosure and provided with an easily removable cover with ample area for maintenance. The cam shaft is mounted on bearing bushes on the walls of the housing.

They are made of delrin material and fixed on square spindle switch which are moved by a handle. The cams are cut according to the switching program.

Dual Master Controller with one universal handle allows a crane operator to control both bridge and trolley motions with one handle. Simultaneous operations of bridge and trolley motions are provided for greater sporting accuracy and faster movement of loads.
