C-Rail cable trolleys, cable festoon system, cable carrier are available in zinc-coated and stainless steel version (program 230 to 240). Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Used for standard overhead cranes, hoist unit, gantry cranes, water treatment plants, car wash systems special engineering, transport systems and conveyor system.

Description:

The cable trolleys are well guided inside their C-tracks and protected against humidity, dust and icing. The cable trolleys can not only deliver power and control to mobile equipment which has reciprocal motion, but also support large quantities of data cables including optic fibers traveling independently from the mobile machinery.

The bearing of cable trolleys are spherical contact, so that they can make the trolleys move more flexible, safe, uniform, and at the same time, they have a lower failure rate. Not only flat cables can be installed on them, as well as round cables, but also the buffer device and cable protection device are installed on the trolley.

We have different kinds of the cable trolley which will suitable for different kinds of rail, including I-rail, H-rail, C-rail and etc.

Safetrack-1 insulated conductors are designed in accordance to international regulations for multitude of power supply applications.

These conductors are compact, insulated, easy to install, in horizontal or vertical configuration. They require much less space compared to conventional bare conductor systems.

Available versions 
Continuous conductors: the conductors are pulled from a coil without joints into the already installed casing.
Pre-mounted conductors: the conductors are already inserted in the plastic casing.
